We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Marketing to drive the strategic narrative, market positioning and GTM launches of our traditional AI and ML services and our Generative AI offerings. This role will be instrumental in building the product marketing strategy, elevating the voice of the customer and market, and strengthening our corporate brand around AI
What’s in it for you?
You will be supporting the Head of PMM to design the BU (Business unit) Growth Plan, through strategic thinking and analysis to understand the customer, market, ecosystem and competitor landscape this role will help create clarity around how we win in the AI space. Accountable for delivering embedded, direct and developer focused GTMs that inspire, develops, coaches and leads, to drive impactful launches, coupled with superb execution, that fuels the delivery of our commercial ambitions. You will also ensure that strong relationships are developed and maintained across both BU Squad members (e.g. Product Management) and Regional execution teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Success) to enable efficient and effective team work, that translates into high quality and efficient GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities
Summary of your day-to-day?
You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for existing AI services that support automation, faster payments, and improved document and process workflow whilst working with cross-functional teams to deliver great customer insight and customer led strategies to support product strategy. You will also collaborate with product teams to create compelling value propositions whilst Ensuring successful launch in-market for new propositions/products that go to market. Optimizing in-market propositions including looking at up-sell, cross-sell opportunities.
