About the position

As a Manager, Business Development, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment focused on delivery of high-quality, qualified opportunities for our sales team to generate revenue and provide value to prospects and customers.

At Showpad, the Manager, Business Development:

  • Works in sync with the marketing, sales, and BDR team
  • Mentors, motivates and develops employees to deliver on the organization’s qualified opportunity goals in-line with our sales plan
  • Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual qualified sales opportunities targets
  • Provides on-boarding and continuous training for the BDRs to help them meet their career goals within realistic timeframes and expectations.
  • Contributes creative ideas and best-practices to help the organization’s goal to be best-in-class

Attributes we are looking for

  • Dynamic, high-energy sales management professional with 1-3 years successful experience in a managing a sales, sales development or account management team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Experience with outbound lead generation, inbound sales development and lead conversion activities
  • Self-starter with results-driven personality; experienced with deliver monthly and/or quarterly quota results
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
  • Startup DNA

  • Experience with Zoom Info / Lead IQ / 6Sense / Drift Experience with taking part in executing various ABM campaigns in a cross-functional team environment
