About the team
Miro Product Marketing Managers are influential in defining product strategy, prioritizing features, conducting competitive analysis and customer research, and ultimately naming, positioning, packaging, monetization, and launch. You will build compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product design process.
About the role
As Product Marketing Manager you will lead product marketing for key parts of our Enterprise offering including Pricing and Packaging, Billing and Cost Management, Identity Management, Discovery, Content Lifecycle, Policy Framework, Governance and Risk etc.
You will work closely with the Product teams through the product development cycle, bringing market expertise to help define overall strategy and feature prioritization. As the resident guide on all things' compliance and governance you will also be helping the sales team understand how Miro helps with data privacy, meets compliance regulations, and handles data.
What you’ll do
- Deeply understand and be an evangelist for the Miro product, particularly around Miro’s Enterprise product offering
- Partner with the team on product strategy, and act as the voice of the customer to balance team vision with customer needs
- Understand market opportunities, threats and competitors (customer requirements, use cases, and target segments) to inform go-to-market strategy, and messaging
- Synthesize insights to present clear, data-driven recommendations to inform product and marketing strategy
- Provide Product teams with aggregated, structured and prioritized product feedback across multiple channels
- Develop insight-led, differentiated positioning that translates the capabilities of our product into business value for Miro’s customers
- Build and deliver clear and effective enablement for customer-facing teams, empowering them to position and sell Miro from a packaging, licencing and pricing standpoint
- Translate technical details into product value for users, customers, and prospects
- Develop GTM strategies (pricing, packaging, and positioning) for enterprise features
- Build and implement innovative ways and launch plans to drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels and drive field enablement in the scope of product you are responsible for
- Pricing, packaging and prioritization, based on research e.g. MaxDiff, conjoint surveys, price skimming vs premium pricing, etc
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, enterprise SaaS experience required particularly in the field of Enterprise Pricing and Packaging, Identity Management, Governance and Risk, etc.
- Track record of working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Content, and Sales teams
- Ability to develop, validate, and refine value propositions, positioning, and key messaging
- Customer-centric approach with an understanding of how to use data and research, and translate them into relevant, practical recommendations
- Ability to build coordinated marketing strategies, choosing the right channels to bring products to market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and collaborative personality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Be able to switch regularly and rapidly between strategy and execution
- Successful at influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Decision-making orientation around customer benefit/value
- Excellent written and strong presentation skills
- English - native or bilingual proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
