The Office of the CEO team is responsible for complex cross-functional projects and implementation of programs, systems and processes to optimize the way our business runs.
This unique role works directly with our C-Suite in a highly strategic capacity, researching initiatives that span Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Analytics.
About the role
In this role, you will partner with our CEO, Head of Self Service Business & Growth, CPO, CMO, Chief Customer Officer and other leaders on research, prioritization, and execution of programs and initiatives that move some of our most important product metrics. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, strategic but also very analytical person with a product mindset who is passionate about experimenting and building products that millions of people love! The Strategic Program Manager will work closely alongside our senior leaders, providing you with a front-row seat to how Miro's leadership team ideates, evaluates, and crafts strategy.
What you’ll do
- Support CEO and Head of Self Service Business & Growth in prioritizing initiatives with the highest business impact, incorporating a company-wide perspective
- Lead research to determine and evaluate business impacts, and build strategic narratives
- Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to successfully execute on strategic initiatives
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, or top-tier technology strategy/operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience working alongside product teams but critically you will also have been deeply embedded in the GTM side of a business, possessing a strong understanding of Sales, CX, solutions engineering work etc
- Solid track record of executing on “0 to 1” projects: experimental mindset, product thinking with solid understanding of go to market
- Strong operational and change management experience
- Experience working within a PLG environment is highly preferred
- Excellent project management, problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively across the organization including with senior executives
- Strong track record of driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders to success
